Meet Sam Shrefler
For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Now, we invite you to experience that same fun at our homes we like to call “Serving Sand”.
We have been welcoming guests to Bethany Beach for years. Our goal is simple: make your vacation as easy as possible so you can focus on what matters — time together, sandy toes, and good food.

Why Two Houses, Why Bethany
It started with one house and a love for this stretch of Delaware coast. The quiet boardwalk, the family-friendly beach, the kind of town where everyone waves — it just felt right.
Then friends started asking if we had room for their families too. So we got a second house, right next door. Now groups can spread out across both homes and still share the deck for dinner.
